William De Ridder and Ann Bray are both in the artistic world pool of intercoiffure, William is the creative director for Intercoiffure Belgium, and member of the Central-European artistic team.

William De Ridder is one of the designers for UBK, The Union of Belgian Hairdressers.

Ann Bray won the American Hairdresser award in 2006, and recieved the Order of the Chevalerie award in 2007.
